ValleyWide Property Management, LLC November 2007 – Present
CEO and Manager of LLC investment group that acquired the assets of Markward Group Management & Maintenance, LLC. The company manages over 4000 residential condominium units and 20 commercial properties representing over $1B in real estate value.

Broker of Record and Managing Member of this real estate brokerage firm. The firm was created to support the needs of our property management clients.
Markward Group, Inc. May 2006 – November 2007
Chief Operating Officer for a vertically integrated real estate company. Developed business plans for each operating element of the company, implemented new accounting and financial controls for the brokerage and property management companies.
N I E R - Mayfield, PA 1995-2000
Contracted to create and start up a national institute to solve environmental problems through technology transfer, R&D, education, and public policy. Grew the company to $4.5M in annual revenues and 40 professional / support staff.
